Ishmael Atanasi

Director & Chairman

An experienced Strategic Finance and Corporate Management professional within the NGO, Public and private sectors. Ishmael is skilled in Financial strategy formulation and implementation, Reporting , Budgeting, Internal Audit, Risk Management & Cash Flow Forecasting, and Managerial Finance. He is a strong finance professional with CIMA and ACCA qualifications as well as an MBA and MSc in Finance. Ishmael is currently the CEO for GL events South Africa

Timothy Chikomo

Non-Executive Director

A banker with 27 years banking experience covering International Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Electronic Banking and Microfinance, 16 years of which were at senior management level. Timothy is a Certified Microfinance Expert (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management), and is a holder of a Masters Degree in Business Intelligence (MBI) among other professional qualifications and his last position in the financial services sector was Head of Retail Banking at Lion Finance Zimbabwe, a registered Deposit Taking Microfinance Institution

Edmond Mupfapairi

Managing Director

A dynamic finance professional who is results-oriented and team spirited. Edmond is the founding Partner of Akribos Capital Inc. Private Limited. A stockbroker by profession, he has a wealth of experience in Zimbabwe Capital Markets spanning over 10 years. Edmond believes in creating opportunities for others and making an impact. He understands the ripple effect of empowerment – lifting one to lift many. He holds a B. Coms (Hons) majoring in Finance from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). He is a member of the South African Institute of Financial Markets (SAIFM). Edmond is married to Judith and they have two children.

Duduzile Nyirongo

Non-Executive Director

A Chartered Accountant and award-winning Business Leader with 16 years of experience. She holds a B.Comm Hons Degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. She trained as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young (Zimbabwe)and qualified as a CA in 2010 and left the audit profession in 2011. Dudu is a 2018 Asia Forum on Global Governance Fellow and a 2018 Raisina Young Fellow. She also sits as a board member of various organizations. Dudu is passionate about community development, empowering women and youth, agriculture, mining and waste management. She is currently a Finance Director and board member of one of the biggest security companies in Zimbabwe and also a business consultant with experience advising venture funds and start-up companies in Africa on strategy and capital raising.

Judith Mupfapairi

Non-Executive Director

Judith is a highly resourceful, flexible, and enthusiastic Events Manager with experience in maintaining high standards of service and production within the kitchen and other food areas. She has the ability to provide support, motivation, and guidance to junior staff and chefs. Judith is comfortable working and communicating with people from all backgrounds and has experience with trauma, abuse, addiction, depression, and HIV/AIDS counseling. She has the ability to empathise with individuals whilst retaining an objective and realistic approach to their treatment and therapy.

Rudo Magundani

Non-Executive Director

Rudo has extensive experience in litigation and advisory in the following areas of practice; Tax and Exchange control, Shareholder and investment disputes, Commercial Arbitration, Due diligence, Debt collection, Contracts and Leases, Offshore finance transactions, Labour and employment law, White collar crimes prosecution and defense, Litigation arising out of forensic audit exercises, Public finance management, and Administrative & constitutional law.

Melody Mabharani

Chief Finance Officer

A registered public accountant with over ten years’ experience. Melody worked in the security industry before joining Crediconnect in 2018 as an Accountant. She worked for Guard alert Group and later joined Securico as an Assistant accountant. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Governance and Accountancy Institute in Zimbabwe (formerly known as CIS). She holds a Bcom (Hons) in Accounting with Great Zimbabwe University and an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) with Midlands State University.

Zvikomborero Majena

Non-Executive Director - Tyche Connect

Zvikomborero is a dedicated attorney and legal researcher with specialized experience in labor law, human rights, constitutional law, and gender development. She has primarily worked within the trade union sector, providing legal counsel to workers and their representatives, which has equipped her with a profound understanding of Zimbabwe’s judicial system and the intricacies of labor relations.

As the former Head of Legal in the trade union space, Zvikomborero navigated the intersections of constitutionality, human rights, and labor law, recognizing the vital role that trade unions play in shaping socioeconomic, political, and ecological landscapes. Her experience collaborating with diverse groups—from community members to government representatives—highlights her adaptability and commitment to inclusivity.

In addition to her legal expertise, Zvikomborero is a trained peer educator with extensive experience in conducting workshops and training sessions. She enjoys empowering others through education and advocacy, fostering a deeper understanding of legal rights and responsibilities.

Zvikomborero is also a founding partner at Majena Chigumba Danha Attorneys, a law firm based in Harare, where she continues to advocate for justice and equitable representation. Furthermore, she is actively involved in various boards, contributing her insights and expertise to support community development and economic empowerment initiatives.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law, specializing in Constitutional and Human Rights, from Midlands State University. Zvikomborero’s extensive legal expertise and unwavering dedication to human rights make her a valuable asset in the legal field.

Life Mahute

A Finance and Tax professional with 10 years’ experience in audit and ensuring compliance across sectors. Life believes in team work and continuous improvement. I hold B. Coms Finance and Banking from the university of Zimbabwe, an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Africa University and Masters of Philosophy Taxation from the university of Pretoria. Currently pursuing ACCA. Life is passionate about self-reliance, empowering youth and women and enjoys farming.
