Washington has vast experience in Microfinance and is also an expert in Research and Development. He worked as a Senior Relationship Manager for Masvingo and Manicaland province at Inclusive Financial Services (IFS) Micro Finance before joining Crediconnect Private Limited. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Marketing from Great Zimbabwe University (GZU), a Certificate in Debt Collection Management from the Institute of Credit Management in Zimbabwe (ICMZ), and a Diploma in Theology from Africa Multination For Christ College (AMFCC) Part-time, Zimbabwe. Currently, he is studying towards a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership (MBASL) with University of Zimbabwe.
