Brightness is a holder of a BCom Honours Degree in Banking and Finance and is working towards her Master of Commerce Degree in Finance Brightness has vast experience in Microfinance and client relationship management through working with other microfinance institutions like KCI Microfinance and Inclusive Financial Services where she served as a Business Development officer and Client Services Champion. She is a strong believer in perseverance, hard work, teamwork and transparency in relationships management.
